Passion to Perform!!

At Hensel, there is no stone left unturned when it comes to promoting its products and nothing can stop its dedicated army of salesmen who will ensure the presence of the company is felt everywhere. Apart from being active on the technical magazines, exhibitions, retail campaigns or the social networks, the company believes in doing things differently rather than doing different things.

Last week, it was a special activity planned by our super salesmen of a different kind. The activity can be aptly named as " Operation Rajarhat".

Rajarhat,  also called as Jyoti Basu Nagar, a neighbourhood of Calcutta, located in North 24 Parganas district of West Bengal, is a fast-growing planned new city. It is situated near the Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport. Many high-profile industrialists of national and international standing are investing in the township.

The Eastern team comprising of Mr.Arindam Dutta, Mr.Somenath Sadhukan and Udalok Tarafdar organised a mobile Road show to cover and explore every  construction site which they come across in the combing operations.

The event was very successful as the team had a great interaction and information sharing with various site engineers and got an overwhelming response from almost every project site. The team highlighted on the benefits and safety features of the innovative Hensel range of products. Almost every customer appreciated the novel idea of this road show and the various enquiries generated from this road show was a proof of their success.

More than 35 engineers were able to have a feel of the products and probably the most profound impact of the Road show was to change the way in which people think about construction site Distribution Boards.Almost every engineer appreciated our ACS units and showed interest to use in their ongoing and upcoming projects.

Enymod - The quick and easy modular Mi panel system

IP 65 Thermoplastic Polycarbonate Combinable System

Hensel India, offers Mi Distribution Boards, a unique and novel combinable enclosure system for the assembly of Type Tested ( TTA ) low voltage switchgears up to 1000A in accordance with IEC 60 439 – 1.

The Mi distribution Boards are now ASTA certified and CPRI tested to guarantee utmost safety to users and foolproof designs.

The system comprises with five standard box sizes within a grid of 150mm that can be used as individual enclosures and can be combined as well in any directions. Individual enclosures as well as the assemblies are having a degree of protection IP65 which corresponds to Jet water proof and dust proof as per IEC standards.

The most important advantages for Hensel Mi – Boards are that they are  Full Type tested as per IEC 60439 – 1 and are totally insulated and shock proof since individual enclosures are made out of Polycarbonate.

As a result, they are completely safe and are meant for the safety of  even an unskilled person working carelessly on a project or maintenance site.

The Hensel Mi Board uses a unique wall Gasket, made of Engineering plastic, for the assembly and connection of two box walls due to which the complete board becomes IP65 and hence it makes the complete system ready to be used outdoor for any applications.

Due to the modular nature of the system, future expansion becomes very simple and easy. Specially, when there is a necessity to add extra lighting or control or power circuits in an already installed Hensel Board, this feature comes very handy. Also, the basic enclosures are standard and are readily available due to which a complete assembled panel can be made in no time in comparison with the conventional sheet steel panel. The fabrication for the conventional panel itself takes a real long time when the minimum degree of protection is IP55. In comparison, a Hensel Mi Board can save 3/4th of your time spent in assembly and installation.

Nothing can beat the uniqueness of the Bus Bar system in the Hensel Mi Board. A specially designed clamping terminal with a spring tension is used to clamp the solid copper bus bar and the flexible wiring band ( made of tinned copper) due to which no holes or openings are required for connections. This eliminates any or all the weak points from where a flash over or sparks can occur due to loose connections thereby making the Hensel Mi Board a Fool proof system.

Large wall openings enable the wiring within the distribution boards and cable entry is provided via metric knock outs which are available on all the sides of box walls and also via flanges and cable inserts upto 74mm cable diameter.

Wall fixing is right away in the Boxes and also can be through external brackets for individual enclosures. For the Hensel Mi Board, fixing can be direct wall mounting or pedestal mounting or as per the choice given by a customer.

Typical Applications for the Hensel Mi Distribution Boards :
Lighting Distribution Board, Power Distribution Board, Motor Control Centre, Power Control Centre, Feeder Pillar Panel, Energy Metering Panel, Construction Panels and many more..
